Fix new Microsoft Edge Uninstall button grayed out and unavailable to revert back to the old Edge

Remove the New Microsoft Edge even if the Uninstall button is grayed out and not available to go back to the old Edge 

Commands:

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\83.0.478.50\Installer

setup –uninstall –system-level –verbose-logging
